Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Levly.ai service ("Service"), operated by Latifúndios ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at levly.ai and its associated mobile applications. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account Creation

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent, impersonate any person or entity, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

2. Description of Service

Levly.ai is a personal productivity and self-improvement platform that uses artificial intelligence to help you track skills, set goals, log progress, and receive insights — all through natural conversation.

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of it at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations (including EU/Portuguese law);
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage;
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Resell or commercialise access to the Service without our prior written consent.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Details of current plans and pricing are available on the Pricing page.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Charges are made in Euros (€). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, and branding of the Service — including the Levly.ai name, logo, and the "Lev" character — are the exclusive property of Latifúndios and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (goals, journal entries, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate — it is your responsibility to verify any critical information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Latifúndios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €50 — whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at laticlaw@latifundios.pt. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to do so by law. In case of termination for breach, no refund will be issued.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and, where applicable, the law of the European Union. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
